プライバシーポリシー
NumRush（以下「本アプリ」）は、プレイヤーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリで取り扱う情報、その利用目的および選択肢について説明します。
1. 取り扱う情報
- ゲームデータ：スコア、自己ベスト、プレイ日時などを端末内に保存します。
- Game Center：利用者がGame Centerを有効にしている場合、Appleを通じてプレイヤー識別情報、スコア、ランキングおよびAchievement情報が処理されます。
- 広告関連情報：Google AdMobおよびUser Messaging Platform（UMP）が、広告配信、同意管理、不正防止、測定および診断のため、端末情報、広告識別子（許可されている場合）、IPアドレス、広告操作情報、概略位置および診断情報を処理する場合があります。
- 購入情報：広告削除やスキン購入はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理されます。本アプリの開発者がクレジットカード情報を取得することはありません。
- 共有情報：スコア画像の共有は利用者が明示的に共有操作を行った場合に限られます。
2. 利用目的
- ゲーム機能、自己ベスト、ランキングおよびAchievementの提供
- 広告の配信、表示頻度の管理、効果測定および不正防止
- アプリ内購入の確認および復元
- 品質、安定性、セキュリティの改善
3. 広告とトラッキング
本アプリはGoogle AdMobを使用します。法令またはプラットフォーム規則により必要な地域では、UMPを通じて同意画面を表示します。他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたぐトラッキングを行う場合は、AppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）による許可を求めます。許可しない場合でも、本アプリの基本機能を利用できます。広告削除を購入した利用者には広告を配信しません。
4. 第三者サービス
本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスが各社のポリシーに従って情報を処理する場合があります。
- Apple Privacy Policy（Game Center、StoreKit）
- Google Privacy Policy（AdMob、UMP）
- Googleによる広告でのデータ利用
5. 保存期間と削除
端末内のゲームデータは、本アプリを削除するまで保存されます。Game Center、App Storeおよび広告サービスが保持する情報については、各サービスの設定やプライバシー管理機能をご利用ください。本アプリを削除すると、本アプリが端末内に保存したデータも削除されます。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象として設計されたものではなく、開発者が13歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。適用される年齢制限および保護者の同意要件に従ってください。
7. セキュリティ
合理的な技術的・組織的措置を講じますが、インターネット上の送信または電子的保存について完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
機能、法令または第三者サービスの変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの発効日を更新します。

Privacy Policy
NumRush (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled by the App, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Handle
- Game data: Scores, personal bests, and play dates are stored locally on your device.
- Game Center: If enabled, Apple processes player identifiers, scores, leaderboard rankings, and achievement data.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process device information, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, ad interactions, approximate location, and diagnostics for ad delivery, consent management, measurement, and fraud prevention.
- Purchases: Ad removal and cosmetic purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not receive your payment card details.
- Sharing: A score image is shared only when you explicitly choose to use the system share feature.
2. How Information Is Used
- To provide gameplay, personal bests, leaderboards, and achievements
- To deliver ads, apply frequency limits, measure performance, and prevent fraud
- To verify and restore in-app purchases
- To improve quality, stability, and security
3. Advertising and Tracking
The App uses Google AdMob. Where required, a consent message is presented through UMP. If data is used to track activity across other companies’ apps or websites, the App requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. Declining tracking does not prevent access to the App’s core features. Ads are not requested or shown after the ad-removal purchase is active.
4. Third-Party Services
The following services may process information under their own policies:
- Apple Privacy Policy (Game Center and StoreKit)
- Google Privacy Policy (AdMob and UMP)
- How Google uses data for advertising
5. Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains on your device until the App is deleted. Use the privacy and account controls provided by Apple and Google for information retained by Game Center, the App Store, and advertising services. Deleting the App removes data stored locally by the App.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Users must comply with applicable age restrictions and parental-consent requirements.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used, but no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when features, laws, or third-party services change. The effective date on this page will be revised when material changes are made.
